The multifunctional building VITKOVIA CENTRUM is designed to a high standard. The supporting construction is built from monolithic reinforced concrete. The flat partitions are built from bricks, the attic is made from double-layered plasterboard. The facade is insulated with mineral wool a covered in high quality mineral plaster. On the first floor the window/door frames are made of aluminum, from the second floor up the windows are made of aluminum-wood composite. Business and office spaces are designed as shell and core and will be completed in standard by the owner’s requirements. The design of the entrance and social spaces is modern, equipped with large-area tiles, abrasion-resistant painting, LED lights, a metal railing with a wooden handrail, metal mailboxes, bell panel and more. The elevator has stainless steel design and is equipped with large mirror.

The flats are designed to a high standard, which includes high quality floors and tiles, high quality sanitary ware, wood-aluminum windows, French windows with glass railings and exterior shading, balconies and terraces with wood panels and metal railings, security entrance doors, interior doors with design fittings, radiators and ladders, complete wiring, flat doorman and more.
