The multifunctional building VITKOVIA CENTRUM is situated in Prague 3, in the heart of historic Žižkov, close to Vítkov Park, at the intersection of Husitská, Pod Vítkovem and Prokopova streets. Modern architecture is set in the original historical structure, enriches it with modern elements, but simultaneously creates a harmonious unit. The building consists of 6 floors and an attic. It is divided into 2 parts by the facade colour, which respect the urban scale and refer to the original division of the land plots. The vertical division of the building is in accordance with the surrounding buildings. Amenities situated on the ground floor are dominated by glass windows. The entrance in the corner is accessible through the arcade. The entrance to the flats and offices as well as the parking entrance are located in a quiet street, which also leads to the park. The facade is regular, segmented by French windows. The attic is complemented by a corner dormer. The offices are situated on the second floor, the apartments and studios of various sizes are situated from the third floor and above, 31 flats in total. Flats facing Husitská street will be equipped with ventilation including recuperation, which will ensure the supply of fresh air to the interior and at the same time reduce energy consumption and also significantly eliminate noise from the surroundings. On the top floor there are spacious penthouses with panoramic view. Most of the units, including offices, contain balconies or terraces. Parking is arranged in underground garages, 36 parking places in total.
