Interior

The multifunctional building VITKOVIA CENTRUM is vertically divided into 3 main functions. There are business and rentable spaces located on the ground floor, which are accessible from Husitská street. These spaces are visuallly connected with the exterior through spacious windows and arcade located in the building corner. This design is flexible and enables dividing the interior space into multiple independant units if the owner requests. The main entrance to the building as well as the parking entrance are situated at Pod Vítkovem street. There are office spaces located on the second floor, the whole floor can be divided into smaller independant units or kept as an openspace.  It is possible to add social facilities within the floor according to the requirements of the owner.  Both floors have designed ventilation with complex air conditioning.

The flats and studios of various sizes are situated from the third floor above. The design of the flats is modern, the interior is dominated by a spacious living room connected with a kitchen. The largest flats are located at the highest floors with breathtaking view of historic Žižkov, Vítkov and the centre of Prague. The majority of the flats contain a balcony or terrace. Flats facing Husitská street will be equipped with ventilation including recuperation, which will ensure the supply of fresh air to the interior and at the same time reduce energy consumption and also significantly eliminate noise from the surroundings.

There are underground garages for residents as well as vistitors located in the basement of building.  The building also has a room for storage of bicycles and prams. In addition to that, there are storage spaces designed for individual housing units and technologies of the building such as elevator, car-elevator, boiler room, air conditioning room, electricity room, cleaning room, room for municipal waste and more.
